Pre-Paid Legal Leads - Three Strategies, Which One Is Optimal?
Prepaid Legal leads can make the difference between good results and defeat in your network marketing business. But, not all leads are created equal.
Whether you determine to buy leads or create your own, there are three main "archetypes" or categories that you'll find beneficial in growing your Prepaid Legal business:
1. Potential customers. These leads are interested in one of your products or services. If happy, they may be thoughtfully introduced to your opportunity with moderate success. But, they didn't start out with an interest in making money, and they're going to need a lot of coaching.
2. Opportunity seekers. These prospects are looking for an opportunity to make money. They may or may not be really serious, that's for you to ascertain. Also, they may or may not have specific interest in multi-level marketing or PPL. Your task will be to find the sincere ones, overcome their objections and guide them into your opportunity.
3. Active network marketers. These prospects are already in an program, and seeking leadership in how to be a winner. They aren't in Prepaid Legal, but you know two very important things about them: 1) they like the idea of multi-level marketing, and 2) they've proven it with their credit card by joining a program.
The best prepaid legal leads are those in the third group: active MLMers.
Why?
Well, as discussed above, you know they have an interest in making hard cash with multi-level marketing. You will never hear them ask, "Is this one of those pyramid schemes?" and other such absurd questions. They're beyond that; they know better.
They also understand the industry better than someone who's never been in multi-level marketing. So, once they join your organization and get through training, they'll produce results much faster (and with less coaching) than the average person.
Lastly, they probably know other active MLMers: their sponsor, downline, and even cross-line representatives they bonded with at their company event. These are the kind of people you want as a Prepaid Legal Associate in your downline.
They're in an opportunity, though, and not always looking to get started in something else. It's your job to subtly, and with utmost care, pique their attention without setting off any alarms.
The best way to do this is to lead with an offer that benefits them in their existing business... something not even related to your business. Something generic, like promotional tools or training.
Win their trust, and make clear your value to them by helping them move forward with their existing opportunity. Show them that, unlike their existing upline, you are showing them things that produce results. But make it apparent that the only people who get your true focus are the people contributing to your own success.
At that time, joining your team will be the next logical step.
In summary, you can pursue potential customers, you can target opportunity seekers, or you can go after active multi-level marketers. Of the three, active multi-level marketers have the most potential to explode your downline with the least effort. Focus your energies there, and your business will be transformed.
